I came to Vashon with my small son who attended Island schools, participated in island sports teams, and made lifelong friends. Prior to my life on Vashon, I worked in Seattle as a commercial development consultant, and then became the executive director of our local affordable housing non-profit, Vashon Household. Nearly twenty years later I am still on the board, and have volunteered for many other wonderful Island organizations. Along the way, I have bought and rehabilitated four Island houses, and built a home at Vashon Cohousing.
During the 25 years I have worked in the real estate profession, I have done appraisal, development, commercial market research, and sales. I connect easily with people and know that a win-win situation is my best source of referrals! I enjoy the entire process, from helping you decide whether Vashon is the place for you, to looking at wonderful properties and assisting you in making major financial decisions - and, of course, shepherding your sales’ many important details to result in a successful close.
